Changes to These Terms

The Platform reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of such changes.

1. Nature of the Platform

  • The Platform is an introduction and coordination service only.

  • The Platform facilitates in-person introductions between consenting adults based on self-selected needs.

  • The Platform does NOT:

    • Create or manage relationships

    • Guarantee selection, compatibility, or outcomes

    • Supervise or monitor personal interactions

Once an introduction or meetup is completed, the Platform’s role ends entirely.

2. Eligibility

By using the Platform, you confirm that:

  • You are 18 years of age or older

  • You are legally capable of entering into an agreement

  • You are participating voluntarily and with free consent

Providing false age or identity information may result in immediate termination of access.

3. Selection of Needs

  • Users must select one need that reflects their current requirement

  • Each need has its own structure, duration, and boundaries

Selecting a need does NOT guarantee:

  • Availability

  • Selection

  • Any outcome or continuation

4. Matching Availability Criteria

Availability is checked based on internal coordination factors, which may include:

  • Same selected need

  • Opposite-gender participation

  • Age difference within a ±5-year range

Availability depends on participation and coordination and is not guaranteed.

5. Notifications & Communication

  • Users are notified only when matching availability is confirmed

  • Notifications may be sent via email or phone

  • Notification timing or frequency is not guaranteed

  • Users are responsible for providing accurate contact details

6. Payment Terms

  • No payment is required at the time of request submission

  • Payment is requested only after availability is confirmed and the user chooses to proceed

  • Fees are charged only for:

    • Introduction

    • Coordination

    • Meetup arrangement

Fees become non-refundable once the meetup arrangement process begins.

Payment does not guarantee selection or outcome.

7. Meetups & Session Duration

  • Meetups are conducted in person at a designated time and location

  • Session duration depends on the selected need and is communicated clearly

  • Participants must respect session limits and boundaries

  • The Platform may deny participation if rules are not followed 

  • Meetups are conducted at neutral, public or semi-public venues, designed to ensure a safe, respectful, and comfortable environment for all participants.

Introduction Meetup Session Duration

Each introduction meetup follows a fixed and structured session duration based on the selected need:

  • Need 1 – 30 minutes

  • Need 2 – 1 hour

  • Need 3 – 20 minutes

  • Need 4 – 15 minutes

Session duration is fixed to maintain clarity, fairness, and structure.

8. Identity Verification (Mandatory)

For safety and authenticity:

  • Identity verification is required at the meetup

  • Participants must carry an original government-issued photo ID showing:

    • Name

    • Date of birth

  • IDs are verified visually only and are not stored, copied, or retained

Failure to comply may result in denial of participation without refund.

9. Conduct & User Responsibility

By using the Platform, you agree to:

  • Act respectfully and responsibly

  • Participate based on mutual consent

  • Avoid harassment, coercion, misrepresentation, or illegal activity

  • Take full responsibility for your decisions and conduct

The Platform does not supervise or manage personal interactions.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Platform shall not be liable for:

  • Personal, emotional, or interpersonal outcomes

  • Decisions made by participants

  • Conduct of other individuals

  • Any loss, harm, dissatisfaction, or dispute arising from participation

Use of the Platform is entirely at your own risk.

11. Second-Chance Policy

  • If a user is not selected by any opposite-gender participant in the first meetup, one additional meetup opportunity may be offered without extra charge (subject to availability)

  • If a user chooses not to select anyone, future participation will require a new payment

12. Privacy & Data Use

  • Personal information is collected only for matching and coordination

  • No public profiles are created

  • No ID documents are stored or copied

13. Termination of Access

The Platform may suspend or terminate access if:

  • These Terms are violated

  • False or misleading information is provided

  • Conduct is unsafe or inappropriate

Such action may be taken without refund.

14. Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of India

  • Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Indian courts
